dawn walk

2024 – 2025

A series of five wood engravings completed, with six more in development. Based on a walk from Survey Point no.81 (North Gap) to no.83 (Castle Farm, built 1982), along the Norfolk Coast. A set of five prints & Liber Charta paper tests have been completed; the remaining six works in development are due to be finished by December 2025. The series was developed from drawings made during early morning coastal walks near our home on the North Norfolk coast..

The work is made using multiple block wood engravings, relief printed on paper. Each piece measures 7.5 x 10cm.
