‘Memories of Halvergate Marshes’ The Broads National Park in Norfolk is a landscape of unique character. Lying at or below sea level and adjacent to the coast, it is sustained by a complex network of cuts and drainage pumps, preserving land that was once beneath the sea.

This multi-block engraving is printed on three sheets of paper which are joined within the frame to form a single piece. ‘Memories of Halvergate Marshes’ reflects on the threats facing the natural environment, the evolving narrative of the Broads, and the fragility of the Norfolk coast in the face of rising sea levels and environmental change.
