‘Winter Sea II’ continues the series of relief prints investigating the fragility of flooded landscapes and the lost villages along the Norfolk coast — a low-lying, vulnerable region shaped by transience, loss, and the ever-present threat posed by the North Sea. This piece evokes not only memories of what once was, but also reflects on the present moment and the inevitability of what the sea may yet claim.
